By requesting or purchasing services of any kind with Funtime 4 Pups, you consent to these following policies.

SAFETY

• All dogs must be non-aggressive and social with other dogs and humans. These determinations are fully up to the discretion of Funtime 4 Pups staff for the health and safety of all dogs and humans.

• Owners must disclose any known prior incidents, aggression, reactivity, guarding, or similar dog behaviors to Funtime 4 Pups staff before booking. If you are uncertain whether or not a behavior would count as a disqualifier, please communicate with us.

• Owners hold full responsibility legally, financially, and medically for any damages or injuries incurred or committed by their dog(s) from/to other dog(s), staff, property, and bystanders while with Funtime 4 Pups through pickup, playtime, and dropoff.

• Owners understand that normal dog play may result in scratches, scrapes, and scuffs. Owners understand that emergencies or unforeseen incidents are a risk and may occur no matter how vigilant supervision is. Owners agree they will not hold Funtime 4 Pups as a liable party for any such outcomes described above.

HEALTH

• Owner understands and agrees that Owner’s dog(s) are healthy and will at all times have current vaccinations. Owner is not booking services for any dog(s) that has any condition that could potentially jeopardize the health of other dogs or people nor has/had any potentially communicable condition within the last 30 days prior to enrollment. Owner further understands that even if Owner’s dog(s) is vaccinated for Bordetella there is a chance that the Owner’s dog(s) can still contract upper respiratory disease complex and/or bordetella. Owner agrees that they will not hold Funtime 4 Pups responsible if Owner’s dog(s) contracts upper respiratory disease complex and/or Bordetella.

• Owners are responsible for making sure their dog(s) are taking monthly preventatives for flea/tick/mite and related pests. Any dog(s) with flea/tick/mites observed must be picked up by owner immediately and no refund will be issued for the appointment. Dog(s) with flea/tick/mites must receive medical treatment and be flea/tick/mite-free before returning. Owner understands that flea/tick/mites are a risk for any dog who is outside or interacting with other dogs and will not hold Funtime 4 Pups liable for this.

• In the case of a medical emergency, Owner understands Funtime 4 Pups will contact Owner by phone. However if unable to reach Owner, Owner consents to allowing Funtime 4 Pups to seek emergency medical care for Owner’s dog(s). Any and all associated costs with medical care in the case of an emergency incident are the Owner’s full responsibility.
