Booking & Cancellation Policies

By requesting or purchasing services of any kind with Funtime 4 Pups, you consent to these following policies.

BOOKING:

  • All bookings must be confirmed through text. Payment is required before pup is dropped off.

  • Please keep in mind your pup will be with other dogs but no worries we always make sure they are friendly enough to be in our crew.

CANCELLATIONS:

  • 24 hours or greater advance notice is required to cancel an appointment & receive a 100% refund to your original payment method. Please cancel directly.

  • To cancel less than 24 hours in advance & receive a 50% refund to your original payment method, please email us directly at fundoggies@funtime4pups.com

  • If you wish to reschedule the appointment date/time, please cancel the appointment and make a new one. The above cancellation policies do apply to this.

  • All cancellation refunds will be initiated within 48 hours and are subject to whatever processing times are standard to your financial institution before the refund will show up in your account statement.
